The Utah Jazz And Toronto Raptors Square Off Tonight

The Utah Jazz (5-5) return home tonight to Vivint Smart Home Arena after playing their last 4 games on the road.  Tonight, they welcome in the Toronto Raptors (7-5).  Toronto is coming in on a back-to-back after falling on the road to the Golden State Warriors on Tuesday.  This will only be the third game Utah has played at home this year but this begins a stretch of 16 of 23 games at home.

Here is Utah Jazz Head Coach Quin Snyder with the media following shoot around:

The Utah Jazz will be tested once again defensively against the Raptors.  The Raptors will draw fouls and get to the line.  The Jazz will need to be mindful of that.  It will be important for the Jazz to develop their pace tonight.  Both Gordon Hayward and Quin Snyder have said this week that the first home game off of a road trip is always tough.  Hayward talked about how it takes some time to get used to the elevation again.  The Jazz will need to come out with energy, they can’t have a slow start.  The Raptors will take advantage if the Jazz come out too slowly.

Here is Utah Jazz forward Gordon Hayward with the media:

The Jazz have allowed an average of 110.8 points while dropping four consecutive meetings with the Raptors by 19.0 per game.  The Jazz come into the game healthy as everyone is feeling fairly well.  Tonight also marks the return of former University of Utah star Delon Wright.  Wright has yet to score in 4 games played this season.  He has only played 10 total minutes for the Raptors.

Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert also talk with the media following shoot around:
