Utah Jazz Rally Comes up Short as They Fall to the Denver Nuggets 103-101

The Utah Jazz fall to 5-13 on the season as they lose to the Denver Nuggets (9-8) on Monday night 103-101. The Utah Jazz fought hard in the second half but couldn’t overcome the 22-point deficit they fell into during the first half. The Jazz trailed by 19 points at the half, cut it to 6 after 3, but couldn’t overcome the Denver Nuggets as they pick up their 6th straight loss.

The Utah Jazz were without Derrick Favors as he was not with the team due to flu-like symptoms. Jeremy Evans was also out with his ankle injury. The Jazz will next be in action Wednesday night as they take on the Toronto Raptors at EnergySolutions Arena at 7:00 PM.
