BYU continues to fall behind Utah Football

The University of Utah may be on the verge with of doing something they haven’t done since 2008, and that’s win a conference championship. At the very least, the Utes look poised to win the PAC-12 South, something they haven’t done since entering the conference in 2011.

Meanwhile, BYU, after another disheartening loss at LaVell Edwards Stadium, this time against Northern Illinois, appears to be falling back into the trouble trends they faced last season; a good defense a bad offense, and inconsistent execution overall.

If Utah were to win a conference championship, they would achieve something that not only has BYU not done since 2007, but can no longer do as an independent team, and thats compete for a conference championship.
