Game Day For The Utah Jazz And Dallas Mavericks

The Utah Jazz (16-10) take on the Dallas Mavericks (9-16) Friday night at Vivint Smart Home Arena.  Tip-off is set for 8:30 as it is a nationally-televised game on ESPN.  The Jazz come into the game winners of 9 out of their last 11 and are slowly getting healthy.  They will be without Alec Burks and George Hill again tonight, but everyone is else is ready to go.  This is a must-win for the Jazz.  They cannot have a let down against the Mavericks.  These are games that could come back and bite you later on in the season if you don’t take care of business at home.  Despite their record, the Mavericks will come ready to play.

Here is Utah Jazz Head Coach Quin Snyder following shoot around:

Gordon Hayward of the Utah Jazz continues to play well as he is averaging a team-high 22.9 points per game in his 19 games played.  He is also pulling down 6.2 rebounds a game and handing out 3.7 assists per game.  Here he is with the media following shoot around:

Rodney Hood is also playing great for the Jazz as he is averaging 16.1 points per game.  He is coming off of a 25-point performance on Wednesday against the Oklahoma City Thunder.  Rodney Hood talked with the media after shoot around:
