CBS Sports released their annual hot seat rankings, looking at all 130 coaches in college football, and ranking how important it is that they have a winning season. The top coaches in college football come in with zeros, think Dabo Swinney and Nick Saban, while a five means the coaches must change the direction of their program, or will need to find a new gig soon.
