JAYLON JOHNSON, CB – UTAH: Second Round, 50th pick, Chicago Bears

A second-team All-American and 2x All-Pac-12 selection, Jaylon Johnson is the 6th CB off the board in 2020. A press coverage specialist, Jaylon allowed just three scores in his three seasons as a starter for the Utes. His blend of size, athleticism and physicality make him an intriguing prospect. But it’s his ability to recognize tendencies and read QB’s that separates him from the field. Johnson touts terrific length and physicality to play press coverage, meaning he’ll likely have the most success if paired with a pressure-driven defensive system. Seemingly a decent fit in Chicago.
