Kyle Whittingham came out firing at his press conference today following the Utes 17-6 victory over Northern Illinois. The question on everyone’s mind was why didn’t Zack Moss get the ball more and coach addressed that right off the top. Whittingham was clearly upset with the way the offense performed overall. He addressed the drops and the poor offensive line play as well. The play of Chase Hansen has been tremendous through two weeks and Whitt was not afraid to comment on that. Here are his opening thoughts.

This play from Tyler Huntley to Jaylen Dixon will lead to more time in the rotation for Dixon according to Whittingham.
The Utes did not pass block well vs NIU. The DL for NIU played great. This throw from Tyler Huntley was an awesome display of toughness for Huntley taking the hit in the pocket and still making an accurate pass deep to Jaylen Dixon. #UTAHvsNIU @GuntherandBen pic.twitter.com/tlSDkAb7VK
