The Salt Lake Tribune confirmed Vante Hendrix is no longer with the Utah Runnin’ Utes. The redshirt freshman announced the news first on instagram.
Hendrix appeared in four games for Utah, averaging 7 points and 1.5 assists. He didn’t play in the last two of the Wooden Legacy Tournament.
Hendrix received offers from UTEP, Oregon, Arizona State, and Gonzaga. His younger brother Devonaire attends Arizona.
