Game Day for the Utah Jazz and Phoenix Suns

The Utah Jazz (11-14) take on the Phoenix Suns (12-17) tonight at Vivint Smart Home Arena.  Tip-off is set for 7:00 PM.  The Jazz come into the game coming off of a win on Friday against the Denver Nuggets, 97-88.  The Suns fell on Sunday to the Milwaukee Bucks, 101-95.  The Jazz will be seeking for their first consecutive wins in almost a month Monday night.  Phoenix has had a tough time on the road this season as they have dropped 10 of 14 on the road this year.

Here is Utah Jazz Head Coach Quin Snyder with the media after shoot around:

The Jazz come into the game averaging 97.0 points per game while giving up 97.3 points per game.  They rank 5th in the NBA in scoring defense, which has been slowly going up as they have been without Rudy Gobert due to injury.  Offensively, Gordon Hayward is the team leader as he is averaging a team-high 18.7 points per game and 3.1 assists per game.  The Jazz are currently 2nd in the Northwest Division, 6 games behind the Oklahoma City Thunder.

The media was able to catch up with Trey Burke after shoot around.  Here is that audio:

The media also talked with Derrick Favors.  Here is the audio:
