The Utah Jazz got their first win post-trade deadline and ended a 5 game losing streak in the process, and they did so against a team led by one of the NBA’s most hyped rookies Victor Wembanyama who had a really good game for the Spurs. Lauri Markanen led the Jazz with 26 points, rookie forward Taylor Hendricks had perhaps the best game of his young career with 9 points and he had some good moments defensively against Wemby. That didn’t stop completely stop the French phenom though. He still had a double double with 22 points and 10 rebounds, plus he added 5 blocks.
