The Utah Jazz held their second pre-draft workout today as they brought in 6 more players. Today they brought in 4 guards and 2 forwards. The NBA Draft will be held on Thursday, June 25. The Jazz currently have 3 selections in this year’s draft including 1 in the first round and 2 in the second round. The Jazz will bring in many players before the draft is held as they like to get to know many of the players that are available. They never know what will happen in the future. Bryce Cotton was a player that the Jazz signed last season that was brought in on the very first pre-draft workout in 2014. The players need to perform their best. These workouts can land them on an NBA roster even if they are never drafted.
The 6 players that were brought in today were forwards Darion Atkins out of Virginia and Richaun Holmes from Bowling Green. The guards were T.J. Sapp from Murray State, Shannon Scott from Ohio State, T.J. Price from Western Kentucky, and Traevon Jackson out of Wisconsin.
