UTAH SPRING FOOTBALL PRACTICE NO. 6 4-3-15

The Utes soaked in their sixth spring football practice with intense work and improvements on both sides. There was a great deal of opportunity for QB Travis Wilson to make plays and move the offensive team towards progression.

On the defensive end, the team is connecting well and staying aggressive with getting after the ball.

Troy McCormick was helped off the field after suffering a knee injury from a hit during the second hour of practice.

McCormick blew out several ligaments in his knee, and will most likely face 6-7 months before training again.

Many individuals, players, and coaches have expressed their condolences to McCormick, wishing him a speedy recovery and they hope to see him back in good physical health soon.

Head coach of Utah football Kyle Whittingham stated a few things he is looking forward two in the coming week during practice:

– engery
