SALT LAKE CITY—The Utah Utes are headed to the NCAA Tournament once again. Utah is slotted as a No. 3 seed in the Midwest region of the Tournament, and will play the Fresno State Bulldogs in Denver, Colorado on Thursday.
The Utes finished in 2nd place in the Pac-12 behind the Oregon Ducks both in the regular season and the conference tournament in Las Vegas.
Utah is 10-4 all-time vs Fresno State. The Bulldogs won the Mountain West Conference tournament as a 2-seed over San Diego State, and are the only team from the MWC in the NCAA tournament.
