John Collins is staying in Atlanta – and for some big-time money.
The 23-year-old forward has signed a 5-year deal worth $125 million with the Hawks.
Collins averaged 17.6 points and 7.4 rebounds last season, and helped lead the resurgent Hawks all the way to the Eastern Conference Finals.
The Hawks are locking up their young core – All-Star Trae Young signed a $207 million max contract extension earlier this week.

Are the Hawks for real, or will they regress next season? Can they keep adding pieces if Young and Collins are eating up so much of their salary cap?
