Utah’s college teams are all going bowling.
All three major college football teams are headed to bowl games. Utah’s matchup with Northwestern on New Year’s Eve is the most high profile, but BYU and Utah State earned postseason trips as well.
The Cougars will face Western Michigan on December 21 in the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl. The Broncos finished 7-5 in the MAC, including a 28-21 win against the eventual MAC Champion Northern Illinois.

The Aggies, under interim head coach Frank Maile, will meet North Texas on December 15 in the New Mexico Bowl. The Mean Green went 9-3 in the Conference USA.
