Utah Jazz Summer League Schedule Is Announced For 2016

The Utah Jazz announced on Wednesday the game schedule for the 2016 Utah Jazz Summer League, presented by America First Credit Union and Siegfried & Jensen in association with the Utah Sports Commission. 

The six-game, four-team event will feature the Jazz, Boston Celtics, Philadelphia 76ers and San Antonio Spurs playing daily doubleheaders. Each team will play each other once, with the Jazz facing the Spurs in their first game on July 4. Utah will then face the Celtics on July 5 before ending the week against the 76ers on July 7.
 
The 2016 Utah Jazz Summer League opens with the 76ers, who own the first pick in the 2016 NBA Draft, playing the Celtics with the third pick. The Utah Jazz have the No. 12 selection in the NBA Draft on June 23.  The Utah Jazz also own 3 picks in the second round at 42, 52, and 60.  Besides the number one overall pick, the Sixers also have the 24th and 26th overall picks.  The Celtics also have the 16th, 23rd, 31st, 35th, 45th, 51st, and 58th picks in this years draft.  The San Antonio Spurs will select 29th on June 23.

7 p.m. – San Antonio vs. Utah      
 
Tuesday, July 5 (Vivint Smart Home Arena)                                
3 p.m. – Philadelphia vs. San Antonio
5 p.m. – Boston vs. Utah
 
Wednesday, July 6                                                         
No Games
 
Thursday, July 7 (University of Utah’s Huntsman Center)                               
5 p.m. – Boston vs. San Antonio
7 p.m. – Philadelphia vs. Utah
Attendance for last year’s 2015 Utah Jazz Summer League was 31,751 fans for a daily average of 10,584, including a record crowd of 12,128 for the event’s final day as the Jazz completed a three-game sweep of the league.
