After the Utes thrashed the Oregon Ducks last weekend the College Power rankings now see a new leader: Your Utah Utes! The 17 spot jump was the largest in this week’s rankings. According the report, Utah’s ranking was helped by its two wins over Oregon and Michigan but also because the Wolverines shutout #22 BYU.
