SALT LAKE CITY—After finals week and beating Duke in New York, Utah had one more team to take care of before the holiday break. The Utes (10-2) had no problem steamrolling the Delaware State Hornets (0-12) at the Huntsman Center, 105-58.

The Hornets never led in the game, and the Utes held a 12-4 lead right out of the gate. Utah led at halftime 52-26, with ten different Utes already in the scoring column.

Jakob Poeltl did not score until 4 minutes remained in the first half, but contributed via assists and rebounds. The big man finished with six points, seven rebounds, and five assists. This is the first game this season that Poeltl did not achieve double-digit points.

The Utes struck early and often from the perimeter, finishing 12-of-23. Jordan Loveridge led in that category, making 4-of-5 attempts.

Twelve of thirteen Utes that played in the game scored, led by Kyle Kuzma with 15, Jordan Loveridge with 14 points, and Lorenzo Bonam and Chris Reyes with a dozen each. Austin Montgomery chipped in a career-high 8 points.

The Utes are off for the holiday weekend, and will face the College of Idaho next Monday night at the Huntsman Center at 7:00.
